My chilli had a bad molt just after i got him he took a couple of days to molt and his front legs come out skinny and bold. He has been ok then the other day i noticed this white thing on his leg is he ok?

I cant tell What it is from them pictures. Is he behaving normal? Has he eaten yet and Can he walk properly?
