Golden Knee or Chilean Rose hair

Got a question. I am under the impression that the spider in the picture is a Chilean Rose hair. Someone Mentioned Chaco Golden Knee. Anybody know for sure?

Does not look to be a Chaco gold knee. Hard to tell from pic to make a decent guess?????
