Now that it's summer time and tick season were I live. I spend a lot of time off trail in the local forest preserve as a Invasive species monitor looking for areas with lots of bad plants. So I usually come home to find a few ticks on my pants. I usually feed them off to cellar spiders, and the grass spiders in our garden. has anyone fed a small tick to your slings?

I have not. Actually never thought about it since I only feed store bought or captive bred food.

Do you have photos if the cellar spiders eating them?

Same. Never feed WC prey, never know what they've been into. Wonder if lyme disease or tick fever affects spiders?

That a female that is usually feed ticks. That's it eating a cockroach. But I have a tick being stored to be feed to the next spider I find in our house. I'll take a photo of that when it happens.
