Feeding question

This may be a silly question but....

I have an approx 1/2" Chaco and 1" curly hair. Both are getting small crickets to eat at the moment. Now, everything I read says it is important to remove leftover bits of the eaten bug but so far I haven't see any leftovers in their enclosures. I'm just worried that I'm leaving their enclosures open to the possibility of bacteria or pests.

Generally when they are getting pinheads or very small crickets it's next to impossible to even find the bolus. Just pick out any remains you do actually see and keep an eye out for fuzzy spots. (Mold growth) if you spot any (from half eaten remains) pluck it out along with a pinch of the substrate where you find it. Seriously doubtful you'll have any issues though. :)

I didn't start seeing any bolus left until i went up to the medium crickets. The small and pinheads are too little to see, and i never had an issue with them molding. The 2 cases of mold I've had were caused by me ;)

I gave my T a small mealworm (length only 1 inches, girth around toothpicks size). I was also worried because I didn't see any bolus.....
And I accidentaly dropped 2 dead ones onto the opening hole and I was worried my T wont eat it. And wondering how am I going to pick the worms. Lolz.
