Enclosure Lighting

I'm looking into lighting my enclosure with LED strips.


I was going to use the outdoor silicone type, rope or strip like these, but installed inside the enclosure, at the lip where the glass and plastic trim meet:

I would use red for viewing and white for feeding.

Figured with silicone, it wouldn't burn the tarantula if she came in contact with it, and it'll provide some warmth for the tarantula being inside.

I think it may too bright if you do it on the inside. If it is something you really want to do, let us know how it goes.
