I usually give them half a cricket a week. But I thought I'd give em a full one and see how they would fair! They were pre killed so there was no harming of any T's in these action shots. Next molt they will start getting live crickets! You'd be surprised how easy avics are to keep!

My 1 inch pederseni just molted too! It's going to get a rehouse shortly! No more 40 dram vial for it! Even though it probably wouldn't hurt to stay in there and molt again. But it has no decoration or anything. I expected it to burrow. It's webbed up and molted out in the open! But because it doesn't have somewhere to hide I have to be careful when feeding it! Might teleport and end up on my back again! LOL!

It's a long drive for me just to get pinheads that are going to die in a week. :p So they get chopped up cricks! Or now these dead non chopped crickets!

Yeah pinheads suck to try and keep alive. Fortunately I live close enough to a shop, so I just buy the spiders their food each week. I refuse to keep crickets in the house LOL

I went to that place you told me about, they were crazy expensive for T's! But then again so are most pet shops. They had P.Pedersenis for like 200 bucks, I think I paid 25 or 30 for a 1" that just molted and is gorgeous!

Yeah they are super expensive for T's (they are keeping them much cleaner than they were originally, still not ideal though), I got a really good deal on our Rosie and Obt, but I doubt I'd purchase anything besides crickets from there again.
