It's always better to write the full species name with non-abbreviated genus name. Now, if someone tries to google "E. colinicus" they won't find anything because the species is actually E. colonicus
Anyway, Euthycaelus colonicus is a burrowing new world species, so a thick layer of substrate is required. I'm guessing the sub should be slightly moist, but I have no experience from the species, so I don't know for sure.. In that case I'd personally just contact the seller and ask how they keep them - As long as the seller is reliable and experienced, they're are always happy to help and give advice.
im sorry about not writing the full species name. oh so they like it a little moist? yeah we don't have info because it's new imported species in the philipines i think. yeah thanks for that advice.
