Hi all
I didn't post any further updates out of frustration .
As often happens it all went pear shaped.
I am not experienced breeder and I learn as I go.
Long story short.I was incubating the eggs in makeshift incubator and on top of that my incubation pots were not right. All videos for setting up those were a little incomplete and were lacking information about ventilation.
I was losing few ewl on almost daily basis. That continued even when they moulted into nimpf stage. It was the too high humidity and lack of air flow that was doing the damage. By the time I corrected that most of the babies were gone and at the end I ended up with 10 slings. They all are thriving and hitting 2 inch now.
Needless to say I felt really bad for not preparing better. And it made me super nervous in regards of my other breeding projects.
Since then I invested in a proper incubator (exo terra ) and finally my room has a temperature control and Im able to maintain stable temperature in it so incubator as such may not be even needed but its good to have one.
Thank you for reading and I apologise for not having better news.
Regards Konstantin
