Bio mesh layer

What do you use and where do you buy it? I’m getting things together to do a large bio set-up for a T. stirmi and cannot find the type or size of mesh I need for the layer above clay pebbles. All I’m finding is fiberglass mesh or plastic that’s the wrong size.

I do not see why not but at the same time depending on the fabric it might rot.

I also use weed barrier cloth. I use a level 1 so the substrate doesn't get mushy.
I soak and rinse it in dechlorinated water after I cut to size. Probably not needed, but better safe than sorry.
You can get a roll at almost anyplace that has a garden center for under $10.
