A friend of mine has a bird eating tarantula that hasn't moved. Altho she doesn't seem to be in a death curl all the way, it seems half of her body is. We're getting past worried. Can anyone help?

I know he sprays her but he just moved her from another state. I think he took the water dish out when he thought she was molting.

What a shame. That's a definite death curl. Have him get a water dish that's not too deep, put some water in, and gently slide it under its mouth. Hopefully it'll get a drink n get some life back.

When did it molt, a day ago, weeks, months?
Days after molt, tarantulas put their legs in weird positions, and stretch and curl them all over. If it molted days ago it can still be that. My LP stretches out like an arboreal one minute than it curled like a ball the next, after a molt.
