Am I okay to leave the door closed at night so that heat stays in the room when the furnace is running air through the vent?

It can get pretty cold in my room if I don't leave the door closed so that the heat stays in the room at night from the vent from the furnace, is it okay if the door is left shut or are they going to end up dessicated?

I'll obviously open it during the day, it's just at night, the vent isn't facing them directly or hitting the enclosures either, but the room obviously heats up.

As long as you keep a water bowl in with your T it should not dry out. Tarantulas like warmth. The vast majority at least anyway. I can attest to this. Since my collection is now big enough I have a dedicated room and run a space heater that keeps the ave. room temp around 80 deg. F or 26.7 deg C. Spiders I used to never see come out do regularly and during the day. Before I moved the herd to this room a lot of my Asian arboreals never came out even during the night. At least when I was around lol. Now they are out almost always. I attribute this to the extra warmth. They love it! Absolutely love it!! Hope this helps.
