A. avicularia Going for the Fasting Record

For those of you who worry about their T's not eating, know that my A. avicularia has now gone seven months without a meal.

I know that's probably not a world record for a T, but it's the longest I've had one turn up their nose at a cricket.

She's still plump and happy as far as I can tell, though. It's pretty amazing that they can go so long without so much as a nibble.

We tend to overfeed our 8 legged beasties and I try to avoid feeding them to much. But worrying though when you have a T that normally smacks down prey go on hunger strike. Dont keep many Avics and didn't think there renowned for this behavior.
