    When buying a new T

Thanks, I definitely appreciate all the input! Your point about a sexed female (rather than buying 4-6 slings) is something I was thinking about last night. And I hadn’t thought about selling/loaning out a mature male either. That’s a good point!

    When buying a new T

Hi all! I’ve had a few T’s over the years and got the itch to get another couple recently. I’ve been looking at some particular T’s who exhibit big differences between male and female - with the latter being the desired. I know a part of the hobby is watching the molt and grow (which is...

    Pink Toe general question

I have a Pink Toe that was near death (curled up on the bottom of the enclosure) and someone on this forum helped me 'nurse' her back to health. I live in Colorado and it's super dry. I think she was just dehydrated and a drop of water right into her mouth a couple of times brought her back...

    Enclosure background question

    Enclosure background question

Hi all. I just got my first P. Regalis and she's awesome. (5" or so female). I'm conflicted as to whether I should put up a cork bark backdrop, or not as I finalize her permanent home. Part of me thinks it's cool as it helps it look more "forest-y", but the other side wants to leave it off...

    Enclosure q - silicon

I'm thinking of making some enclosures and I hear if food grade silicon a lot when searching the net. I can get tubes of 100% silicon at a local store. Well that be ok, or does it have to be "food grade"? I just want to make sure I'm not doing something that will hurt the T. Thanks!
