That is correct no heat pad needed, might I suggest you purchase the tarantula keepers guide it truly has the most information and a read through would benefit both you and future T's- Oizon

Webbed Water Dish
So my GBB has webbed over the entire cage including the water dish. The last time I tried to clean out the dish it ended up uprooting basically it's entire cage and I know that has to be stressful. Would it be more beneficial to just let it dry out like once a month or do I absolutely need to...- Oizon
