My little t Albopilosum turned black about a week ago & was on his back this morning. Next time I checked he had most of his old skin off. An hour later he was on his new legs & moving his old husk out of his cave. He’s currently stopped moving,but seems to be well,just tired. My first t molt.
I’ve really enjoyed watching my b hamorii do its daily thing & have been looking at a lot of different Ts with interest. One of them that caught my eye was the t albopilosus for its crazy hair. Well,I found a local dealer with them & my newest critter is waiting to be mailed to me. 1.5 inch ball...
I tend to go overboard with any hobby I take up. I got into fly fishing in 2008 & within six months I had five fly rods & was hitting the water two or three times a week. I’m sure there’s more than one tarantula in my future
So I have an Artificial Heart valve & take blood thinners daily. It would seem to me that the toxicity of old world bugs would probably Be a problem with this condition. Thoughts?
