    I use Coir substrate with a bit of reptile sand mixed in. Used it for all my previous T's and has work I mean i dont see the issue but you just need to make sure that you dont over do it with moisture because of mold but my T's have always had no issues. I suppose its also down to where the T's...

    Yeah i provide them still with a prekilled prey and a clean water dish, and just moisten the side opposite to their burrow. I then take out any uneaten prey item after 24hrs.

    What is happening

    Grammastola species are also quite slow growers. So they can fast before a molt for weeks if not months. As per above just keep fresh water in the bowl and some prey item thats prekilled :)
