You just have to enjoy them and remind your husband that they are all natural furry and friendly. I don't keep any I just rescue them from Pepsis wasp stings then get them well and let them go. Check out

    Best way to feed slings?

I have many Ts, however they are all rescue and when I bring them back from the Pepsis Wasp stings they generally devour whatever I drop in the 5 gal tank I keep them in. Shred and go looking for more. After they can get a meal easily I let them go back in my yard.

    HELP?! I dropped her.

A little lighter look. If you look at the T on my leg, she was dropped over 2 feet, you need to see if yours will eat and look very close, lens if you have one for any damage. They can survive, but there may not be any way to tell until the next molt.

I have a complete process for the recovery. When I bring them in I start them on 1 drop of RO water 3 times a day with exercise on all 8 legs (2 at a time) with Ozone blowing over them. I keep this up until I see that they can walk with the body lifted and have an interest in food (whatever moth...

Here is the URL for one of my rescues in process. This brings them back to a normal life after being stung. It takes time, but it works.

That time of the year for new rescue Ts. Here is our latest

I have decided to call this new one Fred. Seems to be doing better than most, I normally don't see much movement for at least a week, must have only been stung once as he seems to be able to still move his legs, but not enough to pick up and move away. Using my Ozone & hydration process to get...
