Hello, I just checked my Golden Blue Leg Babboons enclosure and there looked to be little white tiny thin stalked mushrooms with yellow tops. I transfered the T and threw out the enclosure.

Any info as to what it might be? And is it harmful?

Looks like this, had to find a picture on the internet. I have OCD and freaked out.

We get little mushrooms from time to time & simply remove them. As for dead mealworms, they will always start to grow mold after a few days, especially in a moist environment.
Get some springtails & maybe a couple of isopods (a clean up crew) & let them help you keep the enclosure clean. But if you do, make sure you add some yeast from time to time & some isopod food to keep them well fed & alive for when you need them.
