Any DOA will be replaced if possible, or refunded.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you choose a replacement you must pay shipping. Delivery must be taken on the first attempt. Heat packs and cold packs provided when applicable at no extra cost. If temperatures are too low or too high I may delay shipping or do hold for pickup at your nearest FedEx ship center that accepts live animals.
I am not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
