How long have you had your regius & could it be a viable eggs sack?
We have had three infertile / phantom egg sacks over the past 9-12 months. One was with a very protective Psalmopoeus cambridgei, the second was with a red fang wandering spider & the third was last week with a Cyriopagopus minax.
All we did was leave the egg sack for as long as it takes for them to settle & allow you to remove it.

I have had her for a week and I suspect she was wild caught so I think it could be fertile but I’ll wait and see
