My B. schroederi, I am not exaggerating when I say Theraphosa are inferior eaters compared to this species.

You know I'm not the photogenic type and likely never will be.

As for you, I know all too well, but you're a Cowboys fan so the horns go unnoticed.

Too bad..... glad to know my preferred NFL team is the kryptonite to my devious objectives..... next time I will keep that to myself....;)

You know I'm only yankin' your chain, right, Pan? Lol:D

@Arachnoclown turns out my male B. sabulosum matured (had to be sometime in between July and September) and has since passed as of last week.

That sucks, poor guy.
I've got two mature males that matured over a year and a half ago. One is still making webs. The other is still eating but in a death curl all the time.
I've had this species make it well over two years.
Sorry to hear yours didnt make it.

I'm going to be quite direct when I say this:

If you are in the hobby and you don't have a B. emilia, there must be something wrong because this species is as stunning as Brachypelmas can get.

Completely forgot to post these here two days ago.

First is my unsexed G. pulchripes that keeps destroying its molts.

0.1 B. schroederi: by far the best eater few have heard of, even better than Theraphosa and Phormictopus.

Here is one you don't see very often, my 0.1 A. hentzi.

Yes, what is the growth rate, hardiness and temperament?

Of course, pics.
Still medium growth (one is about to molt any week now)., the larger one is pretty calm, the other is skittish. They are very hardy. They both eat very well now. I might actually be able to sex the next molts.
