It honestly depends on many factors, like temperature and how much you feed it. I have one I bought as 1.25" sling in late February that has molted twice and is now about 2.75" (it is currently in premolt). In my experience, Peocilotheria species have a fast growth rate, with molts every couple months and decent jumps in size with each molt.
I bought 2 P. metallicas as slings if memory servers back in Feburary and they are definitely different sized now. one tends to eat more than the other. The bigger one is almost twice the size of the smaller one. they are still juveniles but are growing rather quickly.
I will take a picture of them both later when they wife is not crashed out. they stay in our bedroom away from kids and dogs.
Very cool I have 2 OBT's and they are gorgeous. use long feeding tweezers. I have had them try getting the cricket and then quickly try crawling up the tweezers. One female other is still unknown.
I do not actually measure my T's but my biggest one has been molting about ever 2 months so far and is about 5 or so inches from leg tip to leg tip. and it was a sling when i got it the other one is about 3.5" big size difference.
Treat them like any other pokie and they will be fine Sorry I do not have sizes of each molt just never felt the need to measure them I just document all the actual times of molts and my daughter says happy birthday to the tarantula.
