I've never seen my Tarantula (named creature) eat any bugs she wraps in her web. Do they actually eat them?

Do tarantulas eat bugs that they wrap in webbing?

Yes they do. Wrapping it in silk prevents escape and helps to keeps all the bits together. Spider silk is a basic protein and thus is digestible.
