Does anyone keep Androniscus Dentiger (Rosy) Isopopds?

Looking online the care advice is confusing. Some say a very moist environment, others say dry.

Isopods are not my expertise ,but I would say moist . But if you have any that you know that could be added to desert or dry set ups then would like to know for future projects .

Try Armadillidium vulgare, they would not survive a totally arid environment, but they are much less susceptible to dessication than most other Isopods & will survive in a semi arid environment. So keep the area around a water bowl moist for them. Armadillidium are not as good at cleaning as Porcellio, but they survive in drier environments.

Powder blues are great. They tolerate aridity, are often parthenogenic, and make good feeders.

Dentiger require high humidity and are originally cave dwellers and like more acidic conditions. Coco fiber is acidic enough to make them happy. Their original habitat is limestone caves, and they dont tolerate cold well. They probably are opportunist-generalist scavengers like most invertebrates in caves.
