Hey guys! So, we've had our Costa Rican Stripe Knee for nearly 4 years. This T has gone nearly 2 years without eating! We would attempt to feed it weekly in hopes it will one day eat again but it would always just strike in defense against the dubia roaches and run away. We figured it was old and probably going to die soon because when we bought it, it was an adult and we didnt know how old it was... However, today it accepted the roach!! It was so exciting! Is this a normal span of time for this breed to go without eating? When we first got it, it ate very well for the first 2 years then it went on a hunger strike lol The whole time during it's strike, it remained active and drank its water and moved her soil around regularly. Has anyone heard of this sort of behavior before?
