Turret spider houses! (Mt. Diablo, northern CA)

Hope these are welcome here (they’re related to tarantulas!)

I am volunteering to monitor trail cams for a local conservation org and in the process, I learned about turret spiders! These are the homes they create out of their surroundings. They’re nocturnal so I didn’t see the spiders but I’m still pretty excited
