TERMS OF SERVICE
I check my email a bit more often than the forum, so feel free to message me @[email protected]. Minimum order is $40 NOT including shipping. Shipping within the U.S. only. Temps must be between 40 and 85 degrees in order for live arrival guarantee. LAG is included with all FedEx overnight orders, which costs $50. I can also ship FedEx 2-day for $25, but LAG only applies to certain non-arachnid species. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. In order to be refunded for a DOA, you must provide photographic evidence within 4 hours of package arrival. If they are in stock, I will replace dead animals so long as the buyer covers shipping costs. I am not responsible for carrier delays nor will LAG apply to packages that aren’t received on first delivery attempt. I reserve the right to refuse the sales of venomous animals to keepers who are unable to verify that they are at least 18 years of age.
