Togo Starburst baboon enclosure?

if anyone could help me out i'm planning on getting a Togo Starburst Baboon soon and need help with an enclosure I'm not sure if to get an terestrial enclosure or an arboreal I had some people say they do climb but also move around like a terestrial spider at least as slings. Im not sure which way to go, by the way the TSB im getting is about 2.5 inches.

These are arboreal.
As slings they do tend to burrow a bit, but still offer it an arboreal enclosure with deeper substrate.
