I have just been over to collect some crickets from one of my local pets at home stores & The Range is on the same parking area, so we popped in for a few bits.

We came back with a massive clump of hanging Ivy, which is aimed at the home, not pets, for £4.99. I will cut it into sections. I also like to use plastic Ivy type leaves as cover for slings. The label says, Hanging Ivy Bush Large. But I cannot find it on their website.

Another good buy was a pack of 6, 10cm tall plastic aquarium plants for £3.99.

They also had some nice looking & thus useable plants (small Sea Grass,) at £2.99 which are again not on their website & some slightly larger ones for £4.99 which are.

Last year I acquired a T with some horrible multicoloured aquarium plants in it, but I have started cutting it up & using it as individual hides for my smallest slings in their vials. It is the following type of plant & the leaves are little funnels, So if you trim the stem close on both sides they will sit in on their side, in a vial & give some natural feeling protection. I have also trimmed them to have an entrance & laid them flat on the substrate, like that the smallest slings have the ability to hide if they want to.
