Just finished up my juvenile p.metallica enclosure. I have a larger piece of cork bark that I will also be adding to the front side of the enclosure for added climbing room.

Looks great! What plant species do you have in there currently?
I currently have a bromeliad, two fern clippings, moss covering the back wall (difficult to see) and the plant on the left I am not sure. There are probably better plants that can suit the husbandry needs of a P.metallica more but I didn't want to purchase new plants and thought I would give ones from my dart frog enclosures a chance.

Hi,
Very nice work on the enclosure.
You mentioned a juvenile P. metallica, how big is the T?
Is this an Exo Terra 8x8x8 nano or a 12x12x12? I am asking as P. metallica is an arboreal T and usually favors height.
Both of mine are in tall exo terra and both live above the 2/3 height of the enclosure (including my 2-1/2 dls juvenile). Your enclosure is beautiful and nicely done but I wonder if there will be enough space and anchors for webbing.
Last but not least, I personally try to avoid any bark that is not cork (like the pine bark used on yours) as many trees produce natural deterrents on their bark to fence off parasites. This of course can be argued but until I'll hear otherwise I'd rather not take the risk.
Once again, nice job on the enclosure.
