My Tarantula last molted last year and now she's a full adult but It didn't darken

It's hard to see by the pic,is she a female?can it be an environment problem.the spider is a borrower.

Ok ,but they are known to burrow,and yes they do like somewhere to go.as by your pic.but..Oh.....

Just a suggestion....when clay pots are used as hides the bottom is usually broken/ or split in half so the spider can still burrow. She has no way to secure herself for the molting process. She may still molt this way but she would be happier if she could shut the door.

I have only just seen mine come out after months hiding now shes out in open .She does every so often then starts feeding again .
