Jerusalem Cricket Care

My fiance brought me home a lovely gift that he discovered while doing field surveys....a very large plump female Jerusalem cricket. I'm not sure of the exact species, but I suspect that she may be a Stenopelmatus fuscus. I currently have her in a fossorial setup. Does anyone have experience keeping these insects? Very interesting little critters, but I don't know a whole lot about them.

They're very easy. Just give them loose coco fiber and a carrot for moisture. they will eat anything just make sure there are no spices. Just drop a prekilled mealworm in there and they'll smell it and emerge to munch.
