Is anyone here a veterinarian? Somewhat urgent question

My chihuahua mix is acting weird. Closing her eyes while standing up, laying in her cage and quiet. Does anyone know what could be wrong with her?

My best advice would be: Take her to a vet. I have 3 dogs and always regretted it when I waited....

let us know how you get on...there is little to go on with the symptoms you have mentioned-without someone physically examining the dog its hard to say...what always worries me with Chihuahua type dogs is they often suffer with things like water on the brain or pressure on the brain (due to the shape of the skull) not trying to diagnose anything but if it were me I would get her checked out asap

I posted about this on the other forum and someone there thought the same thing.

Update: turns out she ate worms that were in the driveway. She puked them up this morning and is all better now.

She is 14 yrs old and still relentless.

Well if she couldn’t stomach worms maybe she should be a vegetarian?
