I use sterilite boxes, this particular one has nothing in it at that time. (The water dish I put in the enclosure was for reference, as my larger water dishes are being used). Heat mats are not recommended when it comes to tarantulas, as there is always the potential for a frying to take place. When it comes to mos, if not all tarantulas will thrive in room temperature (65-80⁰ F). If supplemental heating is needed, space heaters are the way to go.

These are my enclosures. From left to right. H Mac pterinochulus murinus, and 3 Lasiodora parahybana. These are just for babies, but anything similar should do the trick.
