Got this fellow as a freebie on an import deal.

It's molted twice in my care and it's a great eater with a fantastic feeding response.

Thinking about picking up a few more of these guys

Really nice little Ts.. We have one but can't show you a picture of her as all we see is a box of dirt most of the time :D
Seem to be happiest with deep slightly moist sub, water dishes have been buried several times over though...

Keep this species moist. Just remember "colonica irrigation" and you can't go wrong

Time for an update, and a re house

Spider is about 2 and 1/4 in DLS so I moved it to a 32 oz deli cup filled 2/3 with substrate and a starter burrow.

Here's a close up, crouching and leaf litter

I've got another one of these a little smaller that I got in a bunch purchase, it's been living and it's starter burrow since I got it. Pics pending

Been trying to find info on these with not much luck so far.
What do you know about them?
Do they have urticating hair? They seem to be in the family of NW that don’t but I haven’t been able to confirm.

A quick Google search found me more information on this species then I care to read.

They're a new world species so yes they have urticating hairs.

They are basically a pet hole (fossorial) that need damp substrate
