Is this something that is normal with tarantulas of this species Or tarantulas in general? is this just odd behavior? Is she storing food ? This has three crickets in it at the opening of her tunnel to her web. I’ve never seen mine do this for she always eats and just drops the legs on ground when done.

They are conserving their food to consume at their discretion. Not odd behavior at all. :)
