I'm no expert on communal's, but keeping only two of them together sounds like a very bad idea since I can't foresee a way to prevent them from establishing their own territory.

I would highly recommend you keep them in different enclosures.

If you really want a communal set up then get a group of Monocentropus balfouri instead.

Thanks for the advice! I'll monitor from time to time. Currently, the two of them seem alright in their enclosures.
