I know handling is frowned apron by some but my big girl decided to take a stroll out of her enclosure so had no choice but to let her climb on up. Had her 4 years and she's always been way to defensive to ever do this so i was stoked.

My little H.chilensis just molted recently and is starting to show some color finally after 3 years.

Got a pleasant surprise today. My brother and nephews pitched in together and surprised me with this lovely little B.boehmei for my birthday. I never get spiders as gifts and for them to find one that I've had on my wishlist since getting into the hobby really is special too me.

@SikmT7 thanks, she surprised me with how big she's got. She's been hiding from me the last couple months.

@Phil very true, I've had it happen a time or two, especially when you get them around the 1.5"- 2" mark. I'm usually pretty good at confirming them at any size but i have been fooled before:D

@Phil she's a she lol she was sold as a female to begin with but she's left me a few good molts over the years to confirm it.
