Start with a sling about an inch dls. They are large enough to not be delicate but still get to watch them grow. Don't let the slow growing put you off. Good choice.

    Exo terra plexiglass mod

I have a Exo Terra mini wide I rehoused my GBB into. Cut the top to fit where the original top went. Added some weatherstrip to fill the gap.

    Adult GBB enclosure

What size enclosure would be good for an adult GBB? It's about 3 inches dls now and has outgrown it's old enclosure. Pics of your adult GBB enclosures?

    New water dish

Filled it's new water dish and Curly decided it needs to be in the burrow, not outside.

New here, thanks for the add

Nice choices. All in my small collection as well. Out of those, my Chaco has grown the fastest. Went from an inch and a quarter to easily 3+ inches in eight months. I was shocked how much it grows with each molt. The other two are about one and half inches. The Curly Hair was only about a half...

    C. Veriscolor sling eating/drinking.....but not growing

If it's eating and drinking a is well. They set their own schedule. Arboreal's abdomens don't get as plump as terrestrials. Too much to carry while climbing.

    Has he lost his mind?

My New Worlds wouldn't put up with that. I'd be haired.

    Getting a couple slings

I've been pleased with my purchases from Jamie's. Prices seem to be in line with everyone else.

    All my T's look fat.

My small slings would eat about two meals then close up their burrow for a month or two.

G Pulchripes hasn't eaten since I've gotten it

Mine was about 1.25 inches when I got it. Pic in my profile is mine when I got it. Stayed in it's hide/burrow till it reached about 2 inches. Constantly roaming the enclosure and climbing the sides now. Doesn't run to it's hide now when I feed it either.
