I honestly have some low temp heatmats (go about 21-23C) under my enclosures sort of half and half. EG I put 2 tanks ontop of one mat so that at least one half is cooler. The reason I do that is to ensure that there is a minimum temperature as I live in a cold house in a cold country. I know...
Mine come with meal but i tend to give them some lettuce for moisture and to add some fresh food. A wee box tends to last me about 2 weeks before the last few tend to die off
I'm not an expert on this (or any!) species, but the above advice of leave her alone, keep water available and remove food if not interested. They can go for ages without food and if they get stressed (or grumpy) they tend to do the 'cover my face/leave me alone' type posture.

They are plump fresh and active so not looking dishevelled by any means, a lot of it is clearly evaporating/condensing so I guess they are hydrated enough. Thank you!

I skipped my Ts last week (thursday is my feeding day) and the were out and about a little more (on the hunt?) so I fed them yesterday instead, so maybe I'll feed 2/3 weeks
