The sex organs are between the book lungs, correct ? Maybe in my pic above the molt got twisted when I was trying to stretch it back out and look at it under the microscope. I really need to get a GOOD MOLT and try this so I can figure out exactly what I am doing/what to look for.
Why did OP post this thread ? Here is the title :
"Nhandu Tripepii Sling had lunch and is now hiding"
Here is OP's concern :
walked around a bit, then went into the hide, spun a few lines in front of the opening, and I have not seen it again. I know they are known to be skittish as slings...
What are the PROS of using oversized enclosures for slings (Because you listed 0 above) ?
Here are a coupe of the CONS of using oversized enclosures for slings
1. You never see them
2. They rarely eat
3. They grow extremely slow
4. You cannot observe them daily
I would recommend a condiment cup, this is what I have mine in. Pictured on the left. Everything you are describing are cons of using an oversized enclosure for small slings.
Grammostola Actaeon are quite the T's. I grabbed one without even knowing anything about them and this T has been one of the funnest for me to feed. It is a beast and goes absolutely crazy trying to catch a cricket.
A Semmani's are fossorial I think (correct me if I am wrong). Mine has dug to the very bottom of every enclosure its been in and creates elaborate tunnels from one end to the other.
