    Need help

Yeah I get tired of writing the same thing over and over answering the same question. How hard is it to do a search?...then start asking questions on things you couldn't find.

I don't follow YouTubers, I do talk with breeders and I take their advice rather seriously.

My Tarantula ate 3 crickets at the same time! Is this okay?

Yes its fine for a Tarantula to eat more then one prey item at a time.

    Lasiodora parahybana

I've heard that feeding small mammals or reptiles on a regular basis can result in a build up of calcium, resulting in problems moulting. I'd personally stick with feeding various feeder insects and not worry about it.

    Pinhead turk roach bolus?

The boluses from such a tiny prey item will disappear into the substrate. The boluses of larger prey item roaches are going to a greyish color with bits of exoskeleton on the exterior.

A Question Regarding Lifespans of Several Genera

In general, males will have much shorter lifespans than the females. Males tend to mature quicker than females from the same egg sac, natures way of limiting inbreeding within the species. Megaphobema - ~15 to 20 years for females Lasiodora - 12 to 15 years for females Nhandu - 10 to 20 years...

    Raising Roaches

I can buy Repashy.....or I can make my own formulation for 1/4th the price. I'd rather save money.

    cork bark

I have several cork bark items on my Amazon watch list. I check it a couple of times per week and when the price drops, that's when I buy...Don't buy just onesies and twosies...cause it'll be a while before the price drops again. I've noticed that when I do this, the price immediately shoots...

Rehoused GBB and now it's shy

Slings are pretty forgiving...rehouse slings and they quickly recover and get back to business. As spiders get older they become less forgiving. I re-housed my Aphonopelma semanni back in November and it moped around for months, whined every day and called me names often. At the end of...
