Moult stuck to her abdomen, as suggested by @Phil I used olive oil but it’s still quite stuck, so any suggestions please.
she is lovely. Cant really see too much of the old moult and doesn't look as though bothering her so should be fine with it :)

That happened to my smithi a long time ago. I didn't like to do this but I lightly misted the area of the stuck molt and gently pulled it off with small tweezers. It was stuck to her abdomen as well I got most of it off with a tiny piece remaining and she was ok with it and it came right off in the next molt. It's a bit traumatic for them and I would never usually mist them directly but in an emergency situation such as that I had no choice. If you can get her under better lighting so we can take a look that would be great :) But @Phil is right, if there is only a very small amount left behind she will be fine.

The best ideas have already been given.
I suppose I'll be disagreed with here, and I'm probably completely wrong about this, but I'd be tempted to also temporarily put a large waterdish in the enclosure to give her the opportunity to get a bit of water on herself and soak it off. Being a dry species she may not go anywhere near, but anything is worth a try.
Saying that, as said above she'll be fine anyway and it'll work itself loose over time.

My thinking being that I've seen so many posts of people with impacted tarantulas, where the t was observed repeatedly dipping it's abdomen in its waterdish to presumably soften the impacted area. Not sure, but maybe it would do the same to work loose a stuck moult? Obviously, that's assuming that it knows it's stuck and it's bothered by it enough to try and work it loose.
