I recently bought two mature male B. smithi from this breeder/hobbyist. Communication was excellent. Box type and packing was excellent. Spiders were as advertised and in good health. My only recommendation for this seller would be to offer to ship in smaller boxes with 40 hr. heat packs which was much less weight than 72 hr. heat packs and to research and offer Fedex shipping for more economical shipping costs. Seller shared his breeding reports on the species and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and I'm satisfied with my purchase from him.
