Hi I use perspex to mod the enclosures. Tbh don't see why you are concerned about restricted air flow. You can do as many holes as you like.I melt mine using soldering iron example below Its exo terra 45x45x30Hcm And holes are in rows every 2.5-3cm apart and distance between holes in each row is roughly 1.5-2cm and thats overkill in my opinion but I don't mind doing the holes and later i may have to add water more frequently. If unsure start with holes more spaced and later you can always melt more. Other option I use for smaller enclosures(as its more expensive)is perforated stainless steel sheet.I get them for my nano talls. I use this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Stainless-Steel-Round-3mm-Hole-x-5mm-Pitch-x-1mm-Thick-Perforated-Mesh-Sheet-/133402841178?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286&mkrid=710-127635-2958-0 Regards Konstantin
