I went ahead and gave them water bottle tops for dishes. I keep it half full for the 1/2" versi.

So mist twice daily? I assume I just mist the sides so it dries fast or do I mist substrate as well? Is a water bottle cap ok for a 1/2in sing? I may just end up moving the avics to deli cups so I can poke holes in the sides. I have another question. The burrow collapsed on my B. smithi sling...

I've read this kind of setup is ok but I've also read that cross ventilation is really important. Now I'm questioning whether or not these are suitable. These house A.versicolor, A.minatrix, G.pulchra, G.pulchripes, B.smithi and E.truculentus.

Ive been feeding it almost as often as its willing to take food so hopefully it will molt soon.

I have a 3/4in avicularia minatrix. It hasn't molted yet but I have only had it for a month. Just wondering when I can expect it to molt.

No. Not a huge fan of centipedes. One of the few bugs that still creeps me out.

Thanks! Yeah I have my own little petting zoo. There are 5 cats, 4 guinea pigs, 2 dogs, 2 ferrets, a rabbit, 3 tarantulas, 9 millipedes and some roaches.

Just discovered there are little white mites on the millipedes and around their enclosure. It looks like I need to dry out the cage a little and get predatory mites. Where do I get these mites?
